Causes- Articular cartilage lesion
Treatment- Period of immobilization
- Passive ROM, progress to active ROM
- Massage to reduce swelling
- Quadriceps activation
- Non-weight bearing lower extremity strengthening, progress to weight bearing lower extremity strengthening
- Gait program
