 Symptoms
Symptoms- Swelling in the shoulder
- Bruising
- Muscular atrophy from long standing disuse may be present when comparing the injured to the non-injured shoulder.
- Point tenderness on the coraco humeral ligamant
- Loss of ROM in the shoulder
- Looseness of the shoulder
 Causes
Causes- Direct trauma to the shoulder
- Falling onto an outstretched arm
- Overuse
- Repeated attempts to lift or lower a heavy weight
- Chronic degeneration
- Faulty posutre
 Treatment
Treatment- ROM and stretching
- Shoulder stabilization exercises
- Upper extremity strengthening
