Causes- Disc herniation
 - Direct injury (trauma)
 - Prolonged pressure on the nerve
 - Compression or entrapment of the nerve by nearby parts of the body or disease-related structures (such as a tumor)
 
Treatment- Seek medical advise
 - ROM and stretching exercises
 - Core stabilization exercises
