Definition:
An injury to the MCL of the knee when the joint is carried through a range of motion greater than normal, but without dilocation or fracture; or an injury resulting from tensile force to muscle or tendon of the MCL of knee.

Symptoms

  • A feeling that your knee may give way under stress or may lock or catch
