Metatarsus Primus varus

Definition:
Fixed deformity in which the forepart of the foot is rotated on the long axis of the foot, so that the plantar surface faces the midline of the body.

Symptoms
  • First metatarsal bone in the foot is rotated and angled away from the second metatarsal bone
  • Pain in the foot or asymptomatic

  • Congenital
Treatment
